PULI Innovation, is seeking several highly talented product / industrial designers. As a product designer at PULI Innovation, you will work on a range of exciting projects from exterior and interior of future vehicles, domestic, industrial and medical products to interior of buildings, exhibitions, research and branding. You will join and collaborate with a team dedicated to creating exceptional world class design from our modern design studio in the dynamic West Nanjing Road in the center of Shanghai.

Job Title: Product Designers
Experience: 3 to 5 year’s experience
Location: Shanghai
Duration: Full-time
Responsibilities：
- Researching into and understanding a range of different product sectors
- Ability to produce a wide range of concepts for a given design brief
- Create modern and original practical design solutions for a range of products and transportation vehicles
- Cultural understanding for different markets around the world
- Working with cross disciplinary teams
- Guiding a design from sketch phase to finished 3D
- Adaptation and development of a chosen design route to meet engineering and client requirements
- Generation of new modern design solutions within engineering limitations
- Participate in cross-functional strategy, timing, and process discussion
- Working with CMF designers to create designs that are both modern and practical and also meet the client’s expectations
- Working with suppliers to achieve the best possible product in terms of cost, and engineering, while also staying as close to the design vision as possible
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree product or transportation design
- Highly creative with an ability to produce modern and original practical design solutions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Must understand the fundamentals of design and engineering
- High level of skill in taking 2D sketches to 3D modelling
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects
- Demonstrate an ability to deliver successful designs under tight timing constraints.
Preferred：
- Design degree from an international University
- International work experience
- Good ability in written and spoken English
- Excellent at creating and maintaining cross-functional working relationships
- Exceptional visual and oral communication skills
- Already working in China is a plus
